Access and Tickets

Ticketing details will be available from November 2024 on Fur'nival's Website.

Tickets must be purchased between November 2024 and June 2025.
​

No tickets will be sold on site.
​

Access to the event is on presentation of a valid ticket.
​

Don't forget to keep it near, whether in printed or electronic form.
​
GrandOpening
​​

The concert will take place during the Fur’nival at Rosières-en-Santerre.
​
-
Doors open at 8:30am and the concert starts at 9:00pm.
​
-
The performances end at around 10:00pm, followed by a photo opportunity with ORELiA for VIPs.​

General Rules

Please respect other participants and staff. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will result in immediate exclusion from the site.

This event is open to ticketed adults only.
​

Photographs and video recordings are permitted, but please do not use your camera flash since it can disturbed the performance.
​
Activities and Performances
​​

In addition to ORELiA's main concert, expect performances from other virtual artists such as STRiKER, DALiA, RAY and Crash Jones.
​

Interactive booths, creative activities and meeting zones will be available to fans throughout the event.​
​
Accessibility

The event site will be accessible to people with reduced mobility. Ramps and special areas will be set up to facilitate participation by all.
​

If you have any specific requirements, please contact the team of Furry Caravane before the event.

Food Service

Food will be served from 12:00pm - 2:00pm et de 6:00pm - 8:00pm.

Beverages will be served throughout the day, with the exception of alcoholic beverages at 6:00pm.
​​

Vegetarian and vegan options will be available.

When posting on social networks, don't hesitate to use the hashtags "#VV25" & "#VirtualVoyage" and character names such as "#ORELiAVS" "#STRiKERVS" "#DALiAVS" "#RAYONVS" & "#CRASHVS".

Rediffusion
​
The Virtual Voyage 2025 will be rebroadcast on StudioWAN's Official YouTube Channel October 31st 2025, we are planning a physical DVD version with an EP of the songs played during the concert.
Official Products Sales
No official “Virtual Voyage 2025” products will be available for sale online.
​
All exclusive items, including keychains, t-shirts, badges, glow sticks, stickers and posters, will be sold exclusively on site during the event. Be sure to visit the official booths during Fur'nival to get your limited-edition souvenirs and accessories.

About Purchasing

Products on sale will be in limited quantities. Please note that some products may be sold out.

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of merchandise unless there is a defect in the product.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the product packaging is damaged or open.

We recommend that you use credit cards (Master, VISA, etc.) or electronic means of payment (Paypal, Stripe, etc.) at the official booth. You can also buy in cash.

We cannot hold, order or ship products.
In order to relieve congestion on the day, we ask you not to exchange products between customers around the stand after purchase.
